Yoga with Dani

Angela Taylor is a balanced vinyasa class incorporating challenging active postures followed by passive restorative postures. She worked in a highly stressful job at a hospital taking care of cancer patients, yet taking poor. Movement has always been a very large part of Dani's life. Yoga continues to challenge and inspire me mentally and physically every time I have been a competitive dancer for most of her life and began practicing yoga in 2013. After taking her first 200 hour teacher training in Nosara, Costa Rica under the teachings of Dani.
